36ph Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "36ph" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated under the domain 36ph.cam and all associated subdomains, applications, and interfaces.
• "User", "Player", or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account with 36ph or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the unique registered profile created by a User on the 36ph Platform, containing personal information, account balance, and transaction history.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) held in a User's 36ph Account, available for wagering or withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a game, event, or outcome available on the 36ph Platform.
• "Bonus" includes any promotional credit, free bet, reload offer, or loyalty reward provided by 36ph to a User's Account, subject to specific terms and conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 36ph, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any service provided by the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 36ph Platform and contact customer support to close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the 36ph Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is not prohibited by local, state, or national law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, not on behalf of any third party, organization, or entity.
• You must not be registered with any self-exclusion scheme operated by 36ph or any recognized gambling authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3.1 Verification Requirements

36ph reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and payment method verification (photograph of credit/debit card or bank account statement).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 36ph services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal details including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact phone number, and email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• Create a strong, unique password for your 36ph Account and keep all login credentials confidential.
• Notify 36ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or security breach affecting your Account.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to maintain only one Account with 36ph. The registration of duplicate accounts, the use of multiple identities, or the opening of accounts on behalf of other individuals is strictly prohibited. 36ph employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including but not limited to matching personal information, device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method cross-referencing.

In the event that 36ph identifies duplicate accounts associated with a single individual, all such accounts will be immediately suspended, any pending bets voided, and all balances forfeited. Winnings obtained through the use of duplicate accounts are not eligible for withdrawal.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 36ph Account login credentials. All activity that occurs under your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified 36ph of a security breach. 36ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the 36ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 36ph supports multiple payment methods for the convenience of Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and over-the-counter payments via 7-Eleven CliQQ.

5.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your 36ph Account using any of the payment methods accepted by the Platform. All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• Deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the cashier section.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly for digital wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within 10-30 minutes for bank transfers.
• 36ph reserves the right to refuse deposits from payment sources we reasonably believe are associated with fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or where required by applicable law.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified with all required identification documents approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction, as specified in the cashier section.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day for verified accounts. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval.
• Any active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed, unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

6. Betting Rules and Policies

All bets placed on the 36ph Platform are subject to acceptance by the Operator. By placing a bet, you agree to the following general betting rules:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

36ph reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• The bet is placed after an event has started or after the outcome is known (late betting).
• There is an obvious error in the odds or lines offered (palpable error).
• The bet is placed by a User who is self-excluded or otherwise restricted from betting.

• Technical issues or system errors affect bet placement or settlement.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by 36ph, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the User except where expressly permitted by specific game rules (e.g., Cash Out functionality in sports betting where available).

6.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event or game as determined by 36ph. In sports betting, the official result is typically the final score or outcome at the conclusion of regular time unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. For casino games, the result is determined by the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer outcome as appropriate.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, 36ph's decision shall be final and binding. However, Users may request a review of the settlement by contacting custome r support within 14 days of the event conclusion, providing specific details of the bet in question.

6.3 Maximum Payouts and Bet Limits

36ph imposes maximum payout limits on certain bet types and events to manage risk. These limits are subject to change and are displayed in the relevant betting markets. Additionally, 36ph reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any User's account based on betting history, account status, or risk assessment.

6.4 Results and Statistics

36ph makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all results, statistics, and live scores displayed on the Platform are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information. Users are responsible for verifying event details independently. 36ph is not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the Platform.

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Bets

36ph offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to Users from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which are made available at the time of the promotion. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games and live casino may contribute at reduced rates or not at all.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

7.2 Bonus Forfeiture

If you wish to withdraw funds before completing the wagering requirements of an active bonus, you must forfeit the bonus and any winnings attributable to that bonus. Once forfeited, bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

8.2 Account Controls

All 36ph Users have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their Account settings:

• Session Time Limits: Set limits on how long you can remain logged in during a single session.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you choose to self-exclude, your Account will be immediately closed and you will be unable to access any 36ph services for the duration of the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, 36ph will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening new accounts. Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by opening additional accounts will result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

At the end of a temporary self-exclusion period, your Account will not be automatically reinstated. You must contact customer support to request reactivation, and 36ph reserves the right to refuse reactivation if we believe it is not in your best interest.

9. Prohibited Activities and Fair Play

To maintain the integrity of the 36ph Platform and ensure fair play for all Users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud and Deception: Use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, falsification of documents, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker and other player-versus-player games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through duplicate accounts, low-risk betting strategies, or any other means designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Use of Automated Systems: Employment of bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting discrepancies in odds or technical errors to guarantee profits.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

9.1 Investigation and Sanctions

36ph reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms. During an investigation, your Account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals withheld. If a violation is confirmed, 36ph may impose sanctions including but not limited to: Account closure, forfeiture of funds, voiding of bets, and reporting to relevant authorities.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

36ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward 36ph staff or other Users.
• Discovery that the User is under 21 years of age or located in a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Request for self-exclusion by the User.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 36ph Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw or forfeit any remaining balance. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened.

10.2 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or betting activity) for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 36ph reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee on such accounts to cover administrative costs. Notice of dormancy fees will be provided via email before charges are applied.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to 36ph. We collect, process, and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using the 36ph Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

36ph implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and 36ph cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 36ph and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Inability to access the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or network problems.
• Errors in odds, results, or bet settlement.
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to secure login credentials.

12.1 Service Availability

While 36ph strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. 36ph is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

12.2 Third-Party Content

The 36ph Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including game providers and payment processors. 36ph is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of such third-party sites, and your use of them is at your own risk.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

36ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the 36ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 36ph customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

14.2 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 36ph service, please contact our customer support team with full details of your concern. We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 days where possible. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 36ph regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

By registering an account with 36ph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms are effective as of the date of your registration and remain in effect for the duration of your use of the Platform.
